Public Blacksmithing Classes
Our public classes are the perfect opportunity to become a blacksmith for a day. Suitable for all ages 6+ (unless otherwise noted) and no experience required, these are perfect blacksmithing classes for beginners.

We offer two public blacksmithing classes currently – Bottle Opener and Horseshoe Knife
Figure Out Your Group Size
We welcome individuals as well as groups of up to 14 participants in our Public Classes. Larger groups will need to book a private experience.

The majority of our public blacksmithing classes are either 3-4 hours. You can select the time and date that works best for you when you book your class.

Forge a Holiday Ornament
Join us Saturdays from 11/15-01/04 and craft a unique and stunning holiday ornament! You’ll learn core blacksmithing techniques and take home a handcrafted ornament ready for your holiday display or gift exchange. Perfect for families, friends, dates, and team outings. No experience required!

Damascus Steel Ring
Forge a ring to last a lifetime! This experience combines the timeless skills of blacksmithing with the delicate and intricate precision of jewelry making. Beginning with a chunk of Damascus stainless steel that was made in-house, you’ll forge your way into a remarkable, sized, fitted, and unique ring to take home and wear the very same day.

Horseshoe Knife
Begin with half a horseshoe and walk away with the coolest knife you’ve ever seen! Perfect for a steak knife, paring knife, or box cutter. In case it’s not enough to forge a knife, you’ll also use some super fun power tools such as belt sanders.
Most fulfilling and exciting of all options simply because you’ll see a horseshoe transform into a beautiful knife. Great option if you enjoy a bit of critical thinking and something truly unique.

Flower Bouquet
Use techniques such as texturing, dishing, shaping, and riveting to turn steel into a beautiful flower bouquet that lasts forever! Take what you make home the very same day.
